JOB TITLE: Manager Programs 3 The Manager Programs 3 joins the Airborne Multifunction Sensors Division within the Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Sector to support the Advanced Systems Operating Unit. This role involves leading a high-visibility Engineering and Manufacturing Development program through its full lifecycle, from capture through development and sustainment. What you'll do

Drive program cost, schedule, and technical performance targets within a matrixed organization.
Define and enforce program milestones while managing risks and resolving complex delivery issues.
Allocate and optimize program resources, including workforce planning and talent acquisition.
Lead stakeholder engagement with internal teams and customers to ensure transparency and alignment.
Deliver executive-level briefings that translate technical data into action-oriented insights.
Cultivate customer relationships to identify and secure additional business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts, amendments, specifications, budgets, and schedule milestones.
Manage critical performance metrics and KPI dashboards to ensure predictable, high-performance outcomes.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must possess a current/active U.S. government Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience supporting U.S. Government contracts.
Demonstrated experience managing program performance using KPIs, cost, schedule, and technical performance measures.
Demonstrated experience with profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, including budget management, forecasts, and revenue.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional and matrix teams in a program, project, or operational environment.
Demonstrated experience serving as a primary customer interface for government, commercial, or internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering briefings and program reviews to senior leaders, executives, or government stakeholders.
