What you'll do

  • Drive program cost, schedule, and technical performance targets within a matrixed organization.
  • Define, track, and enforce program milestones while managing risks and resolving complex issues.
  • Manage workforce planning, talent acquisition, and resource optimization to ensure peak productivity.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement with internal teams and customers to ensure alignment throughout the lifecycle.
  • Deliver executive-level briefings that translate technical data into actionable insights for senior leaders.
  • Cultivate customer relationships to identify and secure new business opportunities within the ecosystem.
  • Negotiate contracts, amendments, specifications, budgets, and schedule milestones to protect program interests.
  • Manage critical performance metrics and KPI dashboards to ensure predictable, high-performance outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Active Secret clearance is required, with the ability to obtain special-access clearances.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience supporting U.S. Government contracts.
  • Experience managing program performance using KPIs, cost, schedule, and technical performance measures.
  • Experience with profit and loss (P&L) responsibility including budget management, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization for programs, projects, or business operations.
  • Experience serving as a primary customer interface for government, commercial, or internal stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing and delivering briefings to senior leaders, executives, and government stakeholders.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field (preferred).
  • Experience managing programs through one or more lifecycle phases including S&T, EMD, Production, or Sustainment (preferred).
  • Experience supporting competitive proposal efforts for U.S. Government or DoD customers (preferred).
  • Experience as a Program Manager or lead for RF, sensor, radar, or electronic warfare programs (preferred).
