What you'll do

Manage end-to-end execution of complex hardware development and production programs.
Integrate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and contracts into a single executable program plan.
Oversee programmatic elements including cost, technical performance, and schedule management.
Forecast and achieve internal financial goals, including sales and profit margins.
Manage program risk and opportunity through proactive mitigation and realization activities.
Lead proposal development and contract negotiations while defining project requirements.
Serve as a key liaison to external customers to ensure transparency and collaboration.
Participate in joint Configuration Control Boards (CCB) to oversee change management activities.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active Secret clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of program management leadership experience or Master's degree with 6 years of experience.
12 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Experience leading complex hardware production programs and managing customer-facing execution.
Experience in program-level financial management including Earned Value Management, Control Account Management, and Risk Management.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve complex issues in ambiguous environments.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior-level internal and external stakeholders.
