What you'll do

Oversee cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance for Firefly's support of A330 and Eclipse vehicles.
Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate program performance against established objectives.
Manage the relationship between Northrop Grumman and Firefly regarding execution, engineering, and reporting.
Identify and report on program technical and financial risks and opportunities.
Oversee baseline change implementation for new scopes of work.
Ensure Firefly executes all tasks in accordance with specific agreements and contracts.
Deliver presentations to customers, executive management, and other key stakeholders.
Negotiate development agreements, contract changes, operating budgets, and schedule milestones.

What we're looking for

U.S. Citizenship is required.
A Bachelor's degree and 15 years of experience supporting Aerospace or Government Contracts are required.
A Master's degree and 12 years of relevant experience are accepted as an alternative to the Bachelor's requirement.
10 years of program management experience with liquid propulsion launch vehicles and/or missile programs is required.
Prior leadership experience is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience in a subcontractor role or with large aerospace contracts.
