Program Analyst

What you'll do

• Coordinate with internal customers and third parties to track program status and ensure process compliance.
• Prepare agendas for review board meetings and document key discussion points and project plan changes.
• Update project plans including priorities, timelines, critical tasks, and forecasted resource allocations.
• Monitor budget data, identify potential financial issues, and communicate findings to the Program Manager.
• Track complex deliverables to ensure deadlines are met and escalate risks that may impact progress.
• Analyze program metrics using advanced tools like Power BI, SQL, and Excel to resolve data inconsistencies.
• Synthesize complex data into clear reports highlighting key trends and risks for stakeholders.
• Improve planning processes by gathering feedback and implementing better tools and methods.

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in Power BI Dashboards is required.
• Experience in data analysis or business intelligence tools (preferred).
• Proficiency in Power BI including building dashboards, Data Modelling, DAX, and data refresh schedules (preferred).
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (preferred).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large and complex datasets (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Associate's degree in Science or Engineering and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
