What you'll do

  • Lead stakeholder workshops to gather business requirements, KPI definitions, and rules for the Revenue Intelligence portfolio.
  • Translate complex business needs into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items.
  • Manage project plans, roadmaps, and delivery milestones while tracking cross-functional dependencies and risks.
  • Execute the Revenue Intelligence operating model including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness coordination.
  • Oversee execution tooling and governance via Asana to ensure work is measurable and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to analyze performance trends and drive accountability.
  • Create executive-ready communications, including release notes, enablement materials, and internal newsletters for diverse audiences.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize processes and improve operational excellence across the Spend Optimization Services organization.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project coordination, program management, business analysis, transformation, or related roles.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional transformation initiatives involving technical, business, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting application development, business intelligence, and service lifecycle management activities.
  • Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives including sales enablement, launches, and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in translating business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with Asana (preferred) and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel (preferred).
