Senior Program Analyst

What you'll do

• Coordinate with internal customers to track program status and ensure compliance with established processes.
• Prepare core meetings by documenting key discussion points, project plan changes, and stakeholder needs.
• Update project plans for SOC programs by managing priorities, timelines, critical tasks, and deliverables.
• Identify risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle and escalate them to management for resolution.
• Analyze and interpret complex data and metrics using advanced tools like macros and pivot tables.
• Maintain and update databases using advanced data management tools such as Excel and Agile.
• Synthesize complex data into summary reports highlighting key trends, risks, and changes for stakeholders.
• Gather feedback and implement improvements to planning processes, tools, and methodologies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Associate's degree in a relevant field or a High School Diploma with 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of experience creating, scheduling, and maintaining program plans or related experience.
• 2+ years of experience with program management tools.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration data management tools like Workfront, MS Bookings, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, interpret data, and identify trends for decision making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to work across engineering, operations, and management teams.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into reports regarding key trends, risks, and changes for stakeholders.
