Candidates must possess experience in financial institution operations, fraud detection, or compliance. This role solves critical problems regarding the quality, reliability, and integrity of consortium data used to power payment and risk solutions.

What you'll do

  • Analyze and research data quality across various products and consortium levels to ensure high-quality data contributions.
  • Manage critical client data projects for top-tier customers to improve the performance of company services.
  • Identify and address opportunities for improving data quality at the client, product, and consortium levels.
  • Track and report on data contribution issues while assessing the urgency and steps required for remediation.
  • Monitor results of data quality validations to identify trends that require adjustments to risk indicators.
  • Develop reporting metrics and manage business rhythms to provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate data sourcing, provisioning, and technical documentation for the Client Data Management team.
  • Create and improve internal processes, procedures, and training materials related to data quality and monitoring.

What we're looking for

  • Candidates must possess eligibility to work in the United States for any employer at the date of hire.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or Data Analytics is required, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, data quality, data management, or a technology role is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau Prep, SAS, R, or Python is required.
  • Experience in financial institution operations, fraud detection, investigations, and/or compliance is necessary.
  • Proven project management experience including the ability to lead multiple complex projects and meet tight deadlines is required.
  • Experience or certification in data management platforms such as Talend or Informatica is preferred.
  • Strong risk management competencies and knowledge of dimensions of data quality are preferred.
