Program Financial Analyst

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasts and integrity in coordination with program management.
• Analyze and monitor contract profit margins and product performance metrics.
• Forecast income statements and balance sheets by specific contracts and business lines.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc financial reports for leadership and program management.
• Review month-end close outputs to ensure revenue accurately reflects actual contract performance.
• Create automated dashboards and reports using FP&A and ERP tools like Oracle.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting systems, procedures, and internal processes.
• Perform variance analysis and communicate financial drivers to cross-functional teams and executives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a related finance/accounting role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• Proficiency in financial systems, data management, and complex modeling.
• Ability to communicate financial performance and variance analysis to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks under pressure.
• Experience with AI-driven workflows and models is preferred.
