Technical Program Analyst

What you'll do

• Coordinate small to moderately complex technology projects and defined workstreams within larger initiatives.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, status updates, risk logs, action items, and dependency lists.
• Track deliverables and timelines while escalating blockers and following up on assigned actions.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, reconcile information across sources, and track performance metrics.
• Prepare project status reports, meeting notes, dashboards, and leadership updates using accurate information.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to summarize project information, draft materials, and improve reporting efficiency.
• Coordinate with technical, business, and operational teams to gather updates and support decision-making.
• Support process improvement by maintaining project templates, documentation standards, and operational best practices.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of experience without a degree.
• Demonstrated verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate technical details and business impacts to stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with people in professional environments and across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
• Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage priorities and project commitments.
• Concentration in Computer Science, IT, cybersecurity, business, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience reviewing project data, tracking metrics, preparing status materials, and identifying follow-up items (preferred).
• Entry-level project management training such as PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation, or equivalent coursework (preferred).
