Program Analyst, Mixed Signal IP

What you'll do

• Coordinate with internal customers to track program status and ensure compliance with established processes.
• Prepare core meetings by documenting key discussion points, project plan changes, and stakeholder needs.
• Update project plans for SOC programs by managing priorities, timelines, critical tasks, and deliverables.
• Identify and escalate risks or issues throughout the program lifecycle to the Hardware Program Manager.
• Analyze and interpret program metrics using advanced tools like macros, pivot tables, and charts.
• Maintain and update databases using advanced data management tools such as Excel and Jira.
• Synthesize complex data into summary reports highlighting key trends and risks for stakeholders.
• Gather feedback and implement improvements to planning processes, tools, and methods.

What we're looking for

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• High School Diploma and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience creating, scheduling, and maintaining program plans or related experience (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience with program management tools (preferred).
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration data management tools like Jira, MS bookings, and Tableau.
• Experience tracking execution schedules and using AI tools.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to interpret data and identify trends.
