Production Support Associate

What you'll do

• Provide L2 support for Security Operations Center applications across Linux, Solaris, and AIX environments.
• Analyze system logs using Splunk and monitor process states via ITRS Geneos to identify incidents.
• Execute runbook-driven mitigations and manage end-to-end incident workflows including triage and root cause isolation.
• Perform root cause analysis on server error logs to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support critical severity incidents through rapid impact assessment, bridge coordination, and real-time status reporting.
• Review and initiate change records, including impact analysis, rollback procedures, and post-deployment verification.
• Plan and execute server upgrades and application patching to enhance system security and reliability.
• Support Disaster Recovery testing by validating failover procedures and capturing audit evidence.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or a related field or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of experience performing troubleshooting and debugging across Linux, Solaris, and AIX environments.
• Experience analyzing system logs through Splunk dashboards to identify incidents.
• Experience monitoring process states using ITRS Geneos.
• Ability to execute runbook-driven mitigations and ensure platform stability using alerting dashboards and inter-service dependency insights.
• Experience executing end-to-end application production operations incident and service request workflows.
• Experience performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Experience supporting Disaster Recovery (DR) testing and validating failover and failback procedures.
