What you'll do

Lead cross-functional teams to meet program cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
Manage production contract execution phases including planning, material procurement, manufacturing, and delivery.
Manage DoD customer relationships and deliver executive-level presentations to stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts, changes, specifications, operating budgets, and schedule milestones.
Track program performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost control tools.
Identify and manage risks, opportunities, and workforce resource allocation.
Coordinate with the Government Property team regarding customer-supplied property and information.
Support the proposal preparation process as required by the program.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree and 8 years of program management experience or a Master's degree and 6 years of program management experience.
At least 4 years of experience managing production programs and leading cross-functional teams in the aerospace/defense sector.
Experience leading tasks on schedule and under cost as a project lead, integrated program team lead, or cost account manager.
Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVMS), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Risk and Opportunity Management.
Ability to deliver executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
Current US Government Secret security clearance with the ability to be cleared for SAP.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
A degree in science, engineering, or business; PMP certification; experience as a Prime Contractor; and knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma (preferred).
