What you'll do

Manage the full program life cycle from proposal development and negotiation through execution and contract closeout.
Take full responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L) of assigned programs.
Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for the assigned program scope.
Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle for all program materials from engineering to kitting.
Measure and report on program performance, risks, opportunities, and contractual compliance.
Manage supplier performance to ensure all program and customer objectives are met.
Oversee Bill of Material management and audits for both engineering and manufacturing.
Serve as the primary customer interface to manage expectations, priorities, and issue resolution.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience, or a Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years.
Must have a Master’s degree and 8 years of related experience, or a Master of Science in STEM and 7 years.
Must have professional or military experience in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, or business management.
Must have an active U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
Must have U.S. Citizenship.
Experience with EVMS and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Experience in managing suppliers to schedule and budget.
Experience in project/program management, resource management, and strategic planning.
Experience supporting DoD sustainment programs or contracts (preferred).
Experience interfacing with external customers (preferred).
Experience in all aspects of the engineering development lifecycle (preferred).
Experience with aircraft system development, production, supply chain, and engineering (preferred).
An active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance (preferred).
