What you'll do

Manage profit and loss (P&L) for assigned programs throughout the entire lifecycle.
Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance for all program scopes.
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain to meet objectives.
Manage supplier performance and oversee the procurement process from engineering to kitting.
Measure and report on program risks, opportunities, and compliance with contractual requirements.
Oversee Bill of Material management and audits for both engineering and manufacturing.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to manage expectations and resolve issues.
Deliver performance presentations to customers, executive management, and other key stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must have an active U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience, or a Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years of related experience.
Master's degree and 8 years of experience, or a Master of Science in STEM and 7 years of related experience.
Experience with EVMS and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Experience managing suppliers to schedule and budget.
Experience in project/program management, resource management, and strategic planning.
