What you'll do

Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for contracts and follow-on program requirements.

Identify, mitigate, and track program risks while identifying new opportunities.

Create and finalize program Statements of Work and technical design concepts.
Prepare proposals, business plans, and operating budgets for contract negotiations.

What we're looking for

U.S. Citizenship is required.
A Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 10 years of related experience are required.
A Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 7 years of related experience are accepted as an alternative to the Bachelor's requirement.
At least 5 years of experience in program management is required.
Experience must include project management, engineering, capture efforts, or business management functions.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for internal and external customers are required.
Experience leading proposal preparation, business plans, operating budgets, and program budgets is required.
Experience in Program Plan Development including EVM, MS Project IMS, risk management, and gated design development (PDR, CDR) is required.
