What you'll do

Manage the cost, schedule, and technical performance of contracts and follow-on program requirements.
Act as the primary customer interface for program activities and lead formal review sessions.
Establish and manage milestones while monitoring adherence to master plans and schedules.
Identify program risks and opportunities and obtain solutions through resource allocation or specification changes.
Direct and manage the work of technical, operations, and administrative employees assigned to the program.
Develop new business opportunities through strategic planning, capture planning, and proposal development.
Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet specific cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar methodologies to develop and adhere to budget baselines.

What we're looking for

US Citizenship is required.
Bachelor degree in a STEM discipline and 10 years' related experience.
Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 7 years' related experience.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in program management.
Related experience includes project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to internal and external customers.
Experience leading the preparation of proposals, business plans, work statements, operating budgets, and program budgets.
Program Plan Development experience in budgets, EAC, MS Project IMS, risk management, and Opportunity Realization strategies.
Demonstrated Program Execution and Performance Gated design development experience (PDR, CDR).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferred).
