What you'll do

Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across multiple development projects.
Develop and monitor master plans, roadmaps, and milestone schedules while taking corrective actions as needed.
Establish and manage budget baselines using Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies.
Identify program risks and opportunities to implement mitigation strategies and track results.
Act as the primary customer contact for program activities and lead review sessions with senior leadership.
Direct and align subcontractors and suppliers to meet common program objectives and performance expectations.
Lead capture planning, strategic planning, and the development of proposals and business plans.
Deliver presentations to customers and executives to communicate status, risks, and key decisions.

What we're looking for

Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret or higher clearance.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree and 6 years of related experience.
Experience in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, or business management.
Demonstrated leadership on classified DoD programs including IMP/IMS development and risk/opportunity management.
Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies and tools.
Preferred: Control Account Manager (CAM) certification and 4 or more years of experience as a CAM.
