What you'll do

Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across multiple development projects.
Develop and monitor master plans, roadmaps, and milestone schedules to ensure project adherence.
Establish and manage budget baselines using Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies.
Identify program risks and opportunities to implement mitigation strategies and solutions.
Act as the primary customer contact to lead program review sessions and status presentations.
Direct subcontractors and suppliers to align with common program objectives and performance expectations.
Lead proposal preparation, capture planning, and contract negotiations to support new business pursuits.
Allocate and manage program resources, including workforce planning and responsibility assignments.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree and 6 years of related experience.
Related experience must include project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management functions.
Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret or higher clearance with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable period of time.
Must have U.S. Citizenship.
Experience leading tasks on schedule and at cost as a project lead, integrated program team, or cost account manager.
Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional engineering and capture efforts on classified DoD programs.
Current applicable Special Access Program (SAP) clearance (preferred).
