What you'll do

Manage production contract execution phases including kick-off, planning, material procurement, manufacturing, and delivery.
Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
Manage DoD customer relationships and develop executive-level presentations for program stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts, changes, specifications, operating budgets, and schedule milestones.
Track program performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost and schedule control tools.
Identify, allocate, and manage program resources including workforce planning.
Coordinate with the Government Property team regarding customer-supplied property and information.
Conduct risk and opportunity management practices to identify and mitigate potential issues.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of program management experience or a Master’s degree and 6 years of experience.
Must have at least 4 years of experience managing production programs and leading cross-functional teams in the aerospace/defense sector.
Must hold a current U.S. Government Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SAP clearance.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Experience is required in managing firm fixed price projects and performing executive-level presentations.
Proficiency is required in Earned Value Management (EVMS), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Risk and Opportunity Management.
Preferred qualifications include a degree in science, engineering, or business and a PMP certification.
Preferred experience includes working as a Prime Contractor for DoD systems and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
