The Program Manager 2 will provide leadership for the Program Management organization within the Propulsion portfolio, supporting the Mission Enabling Products Business Unit in the Intelligence Systems Division. Key responsibilities include managing cost, schedule, and technical performance while ensuring compliance with organizational processes. The individual will oversee workforce planning, risk management, and contract negotiations while maintaining customer relationships. Required skills include proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project, along with experience in Earned Value Management, Integrated Master Plans, and Integrated Master Schedules. US Citizenship is a requirement for employment.
Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years, or master’s and 6 years’ experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers and/or project management in the Aerospace Industry.
Minimum 5 years’ of experience with functional and/or technical leadership experience.
Experience leading program tasks on schedule, at cost, and achieving all requirements as a program manager, project lead, IPT, or CAM.
Experience building and leading diverse and inclusive teams, including mentoring, coaching, and conflict resolution.
Advanced MS Office Suite and MS Project skills.
Knowledge and experience with process standards for program execution, business development, and risk management (preferred).
Experience establishing organizational methods using EVMS, IMP, IMS, and Risk and Opportunity Management (preferred).
