What you'll do

Provide technical support for Fixed Income and Derivative applications to CRD customers.
Diagnose technical issues and provide user guidance and training to clients.
Investigate complex technical problems and third-party integrations to develop effective workarounds.
Translate client needs into actionable feedback and solutions for Product and Engineering teams.
Manage sensitive or high-impact client issues with professionalism.
Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and issue resolutions.
Adhere to support procedures while contributing to continuous process improvements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Fintech, or a related field.
Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) preferred.
SIE or CFA Foundations certifications are highly desirable (preferred).
Medium to advanced fixed income instruments derivative product knowledge along with an understanding of the Trade Life Cycle.
0-5 years of experience in financial technology, including trading support, middle/back-office operations, fund accounting, or front-office trading.
Experience with Charles River IMS or similar OMS/EMS platforms.
Basic working knowledge of SQL.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
