What you'll do

Provide remote management, administration, and support for production Charles River IMS solutions.
Manage user privileges, parameter configuration changes, and system availability for clients.
Perform application and database performance tuning and monitor daily operational processing.
Install and manage Charles River IMS and database software patches and version upgrades.
Resolve technical problems and provide assistance with business continuity and disaster recovery.
Transition new clients to production operations and coordinate with third-party vendors.
Implement and operate third-party tools to automate and streamline service delivery.

What we're looking for

Experience with Financial Services Investment Management, Trading, or related systems like Charles River IMS (preferred).
Proven ability to partner with various internal departments to deliver superior customer service.
Experience in MS SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Sybase database configuration, operations, and basic administration functions.
Experience with servers, operating systems, networks, scripting, XML, programming languages, job scheduling, system monitoring, and disaster recovery (preferred).
Excellent customer service, technical troubleshooting, and interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years experience in a technical or analytical discipline (preferred).
