What you'll do

Provide technical support to customers regarding Fixed Income and Derivative software applications.
Diagnose software issues and recommend appropriate solutions to clients via phone, email, or in person.
Analyze complex problems and provide training to users on software functionality.
Identify and test workarounds for known bugs or system deficiencies.
Research and resolve technical issues involving third-party software integrations.
Maintain detailed logs of all customer interactions and prepare formal resolution reports.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal support processes and methods.
Manage special projects and handle sensitive situations affecting client perception of service quality.

What we're looking for

Degree in a technical field such as Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Mathematical Finance, or another relevant field.
1-4 years of overall work experience in the world of Financial Technology.
Basic SQL skills.
Advanced knowledge of Fixed Income, Derivative, and Equity financial instruments.
Thorough understanding of Trade Life Cycle and System Development Life Cycle.
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and project management skills.
MBA, CFA, or FRM certification (preferred).
Experience in Charles River, OMS/EMS, trading support, middle/back office operations, fund accounting, or derivative products knowledge (preferred).
