What you'll do

  • Provide day-to-day application support for thin film ellipsometry.
  • Develop metrology solutions to address complex, high-level technical challenges.

  • Define equipment hardware specifications to meet specific processing requirements.
  • Evaluate test data and coordinate design requirements to ensure compatibility of processing methods.

What we're looking for

  • PhD degree or equivalent background in Physics, Optics, Materials Science, or Chemistry.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in thin film ellipsometry and thin film metrology techniques.
  • Demonstrated deep technical expertise in thin film ellipsometry with a proven track record of high performance.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, including tool downtime situations and escalation management.
  • Strong program management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating across teams and organizational levels.
  • Experience with programming/scripting, statistics tools like JMP or Matlab, and optical spectroscopy is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of the physics behind metrology techniques and a passion for data-driven logical thinking.
