What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • A Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field with 6+ years of experience.
  • A PhD in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing including deposition, etch dielectrics, conductor, or metal films.
  • Familiarity with laboratory work and semiconductor equipment involving surface preparation and analytical techniques.
  • In-depth understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE).
  • Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or other scientific computing languages.
  • Experience with statistical tools such as JMP or Minitab.
  • Background in deposition technologies like ALD, CVD, PECVD, PVD, or plasma physics techniques like RIE and ALE.
