What you'll do

  • Conduct research, development, and evaluation for cutting-edge semiconductor equipment and systems.

  • Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to align on roadmaps and technical requirements.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to process technicians during execution activities.

What we're looking for

  • Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related field with 6+ years of experience.
  • PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related field with 3+ years of experience.
  • Equivalent experience to the specified educational requirements.
  • Familiarity with laboratory work and semiconductor equipment including surface preparation and analytical techniques (preferred).
  • In-depth understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE) (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or other scientific computing languages (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of statistical analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and tools like JMP or Minitab (preferred).
  • Background in deposition, etch, plasma physics, material synthesis, or related semiconductor processes (preferred).
