What we're looking for

  • A Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field with 6+ years of experience.
  • A PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field with 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process design, deposition, etch dielectrics, or metal films.
  • Background in ALD, CVD, PECVD, PVD, Plasma Physics, RIE, ALE, ICP, or CCP.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or other similar scientific computing languages.
  • In-depth understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE).
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools such as JMP or Minitab.
  • Knowledge of material synthesis, characterization, and surface preparation techniques.
