What we're looking for

A Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field with 6+ years of experience.
A PhD in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience.
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, including deposition, etching, and material characterization.
Knowledge of plasma physics and specific techniques like ALD, CVD, PECVD, PVD, RIE, ALE, ICP, or CCP.
Proficiency in scientific computing languages such as MATLAB or Python.
In-depth understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE).
Experience with statistical analysis tools such as JMP or Minitab.
Familiarity with laboratory environments and surface preparation techniques.
