What we're looking for

  • A Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field with 6+ years of experience.
  • A PhD in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, including deposition, etching, and material characterization.
  • Knowledge of plasma physics and specific techniques like ALD, CVD, PECVD, PVD, RIE, ALE, ICP, or CCP.
  • Proficiency in scientific computing languages such as MATLAB or Python.
  • In-depth understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE).
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools such as JMP or Minitab.
  • Familiarity with laboratory environments and surface preparation techniques.
