Principal TPM Manager

What you'll do

• Translate customer needs into scalable cloud capabilities, tools, and processes for the product roadmap.
• Lead requirements workshops and gather market insights to drive prioritization decisions.
• Partner with engineering teams to design and deliver systems that meet security policy and assurance requirements.
• Mature cloud architecture by identifying opportunities for design optimization and scalability.
• Communicate status updates and technical developments to senior business and technical decision makers.
• Align diverse stakeholders across the organization on a shared vision to drive results.
• Develop products that support sovereign cloud capabilities and zero trust security models.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 10+ years of software development and/or product management with a track record of shipping products and services (preferred).
• Executive presence demonstrated through engagement with senior level customers and decision makers (preferred).
• Deep understanding and experience of the Intelligence and/or Security domain(s) (preferred).
• Knowledge of cloud development platforms and ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs (preferred).
• Experience bringing new approaches or different ways of doing things to an existing problem space (preferred).
