What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end SimShip program execution to ensure alignment across global release timelines and milestones.
  • Create structured plans to provide clarity and predictable delivery in fast-evolving, ambiguous environments.
  • Manage the rhythm of business including ship readiness reviews, checkpoints, and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, localization, and compliance teams to deliver synchronized releases at scale.
  • Oversee global release readiness across localization, regulatory compliance, service health, and performance.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate risks that could impact release quality or timelines.
  • Define and track key operational metrics such as defect trends and quality benchmarks.
  • Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and structured recommendations to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
  • Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background checks and other required security screenings.
  • Experience managing cross-functional and cross-team projects for at least 3 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience reading and writing code, such as sample documentation or product demos.
  • Experience building, shipping, or operating AI services including SimShip and global release execution.
  • Strong technical foundation to engage in architectural and system-level discussions in complex environments.
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while driving clarity and alignment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive influence skills across internal and external teams.
