Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including a Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (preferred).
3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects (preferred).
1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (preferred).
Experience building, shipping, or operating AI services or products, including SimShip and global release execution (preferred).
Strong technical foundation to engage in architectural and system-level discussions across complex technical environments (preferred).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive influence skills (preferred).
