What we're looking for
Must have 12+ years of TPM experience.
Must have 7+ years of experience leading TPM teams.
Must have experience leading a team supporting a broad, complex technical portfolio in a high-growth technology company.
Must have a track record of leading large-scale, multi-year transformations across multiple organizations, systems, and products.
Must have the technical credibility to engage with Engineering leaders on architecture, platform migrations, system dependencies, reliability, and risk.
Must have experience operating effectively with globally distributed teams across different organizational cultures, time zones, and business contexts.
Must be located near San Francisco, CA, Sunnyvale, CA, or Seattle, WA.
Practical fluency with AI-enabled ways of working is required.
