What you'll do

  • Drive technical execution across the infrastructure delivery lifecycle including engineering readiness, validation, and customer onboarding.
  • Develop telemetry, metrics, and operational intelligence systems to enable data-driven decision making.
  • Partner with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and accelerate the delivery of customer-ready capacity.
  • Design and implement automation solutions and tools to reduce operational toil and improve execution velocity.
  • Integrate AI, automation, and agentic workflows into infrastructure delivery processes to improve predictability.
  • Create scalable systems for Dock-to-Live planning, risk identification, and execution governance.
  • Lead technical investigations into recurring challenges to develop durable, repeatable solutions for the organization.
  • Communicate complex technical risks and recommendations clearly to engineering leaders and executive stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check and other required security screenings.
  • Experience building or supporting large-scale cloud, AI, GPU, HPC, networking, datacenter, or distributed systems infrastructure.
  • Experience driving engineering readiness, validation, operational excellence, deployment automation, or production-scale infrastructure programs.
  • Experience designing or implementing AI-powered systems, automation frameworks, agentic workflows, or engineering productivity solutions.
  • Experience applying telemetry, data analytics, and operational metrics to improve technical execution quality and delivery predictability.
  • Experience reducing operational toil and increasing engineering productivity through automation and technical innovation.
