What you'll do

  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical, operational, and delivery risks through structured problem-solving and escalation paths.
  • Partner with architecture leaders to evaluate technical trade-offs regarding scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Create and automate reporting dashboards and metrics to track program health and provide executive updates.
  • Drive continuous improvement by optimizing program management processes, tools, and governance models.
  • Serve as a technical liaison to align diverse stakeholder interests and ensure successful customer outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or related fields.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Requires significant experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs with multiple teams and interdependent workstreams.
  • Requires a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle including architecture, testing, and deployment.
  • Must possess the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business implications for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must have proven skills in identifying risks, managing dependencies, and driving issues to resolution.
  • Requires experience preparing materials and presenting program information to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, or a related field is preferred.
