What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end technical programs for US Sovereign and Air-gapped Cloud from demand intake through capacity delivery.
  • Translate U.S. Government customer demands into actionable capacity and buildout requirements based on feasibility and investment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional technical exchanges between engineering, infrastructure, finance, compliance, and federal field teams.
  • Develop and manage integrated project schedules including scope, critical paths, dependencies, milestones, and decision points.
  • Adapt program scope and sequencing in response to evolving customer priorities and technical constraints.
  • Proactively mitigate delivery risks and blockers by escalating decisions with clear options and recommendations.
  • Represent the voice of U.S. Government customers while providing executive visibility for secure capacity delivery.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, infrastructure delivery, cloud services, or product development (or equivalent).
  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Must possess an active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen as verified by a valid passport or other approved documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related technical field and 8+ years of experience (preferred).
  • 6+ years leading complex, cross-functional technical programs involving multiple engineering, infrastructure, operations, finance, compliance, and customer-facing organizations (preferred).
  • 3+ years supporting cloud infrastructure, capacity planning, datacenter buildout, sovereign cloud, regulated environments, or mission-critical government workloads (preferred).
  • Experience developing integrated program schedules, translating demand into technical requirements, and influencing senior stakeholders to drive decisions (preferred).
