Principal Technical Program Manager, CoreAI

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end execution strategy for Azure capacity management across the Foundry Agent Platform.
• Translate demand signals into forecasts, staging plans, and firm commitments for AI workloads.
• Manage compute and accelerator capacity planning while partnering with supply teams to secure availability.
• Lead cross-functional delivery of large-scale programs by tracking roadmaps, schedules, and success metrics.
• Identify risks and dependencies early to propose data-driven mitigations and standardize governance practices.
• Partner with engineering leaders and the CVP organization to inform capacity and investment decisions.
• Establish operating rhythms, dashboards, and reporting systems to create measurable impact at scale.
• Mentor senior TPMs and shape the execution culture of the organization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in engineering, product, technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check and other applicable security screenings.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, capacity planning, demand forecasting, and large-scale distributed systems.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments and influence senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills including experience coaching teams.
• Experience leading governance, release, or operational-readiness programs in a cloud or AI infrastructure environment.
