What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of technical program management experience in AI/ML platforms.
  • Deep understanding of AI, ML lifecycle (MLOps), data platforms, and challenges in deploying central AI infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to define and implement metrics frameworks to measure technology platform success.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with AI performance metrics and real-time video processing.
  • Demonstrated leadership in influencing senior leaders, driving consensus, and communicating complex concepts clearly.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in public safety or security-focused software is a significant plus.
