Principal Technical Program Manager, AI

What you'll do

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of AI features and products across central and downstream product teams.
• Establish and manage systems to measure the link between AI model performance and customer outcomes.
• Integrate AI/ML tools into the internal software development lifecycle to improve engineering velocity and quality.
• Create and maintain executive-facing dashboards to track key AI impact metrics and organizational goals.
• Communicate strategic research initiatives and core AI metrics to stakeholders and partner teams.
• Define and manage high-priority, ambiguous product concepts from initial discovery through transition to product management.
• Manage the lifecycle of central AI models and infrastructure for use across various enterprise platforms.

What we're looking for

• Must have 10+ years of technical program management experience.
• Must possess significant experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in AI/ML research and platforms.
• Requires a deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning lifecycle (MLOps), data platforms, and reusable infrastructure.
• Proven experience defining and implementing metrics frameworks like KPIs and OKRs to measure platform success.
• Strong analytical skills including experience with AI performance metrics, real-time video processing, and inference optimization.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience bringing definition to highly ambiguous product concepts and conducting early-stage discovery is required.
• Background in computer vision, voice technologies, or public safety systems is a plus.
