What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with design and/or manufacturing process development.
Expertise in at least one area: metal forming, molding, pick and place, glue dispensing, laser welding, coil winding, heat pressing, soldering, additive manufacturing, machine learning, or fixture fabrication.
Experience using Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis based on Six Sigma principles for product design and assembly drawings.
Experience with process control methodologies, PFMEA, and in-depth failure analysis methods.
Experience simulating line throughput and resolving bottlenecks for high-volume mass production.
Demonstrated program management skills including schedule management, risk management, and communication.
Proven track record of leading multi-functional teams to achieve quality, yield, and cost objectives.
A degree in engineering (Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial) or a graduate degree in supply chain/operations is preferred.
