What you'll do

Design and maintain complex system software modules for managing and provisioning servers, storage, networking, and GPU subsystems.
Develop software layers and tooling to automate hardware provisioning and onboarding for large-scale fleet environments.
Lead platform bring-up, firmware updates, and complex cross-layer debugging across software, firmware, and hardware.
Diagnose and resolve hardware-level issues using logic analyzers, JTAG, and emulators on ARM, AMD, Intel, and ASIC platforms.
Implement performance optimization, scalability strategies, and secure coding practices to ensure system reliability and fault tolerance.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical coaching to junior engineers to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
Perform periodic maintenance, testing, and patching for critical systems to ensure service availability and security.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must design and develop complex system software modules for hyperscale environments.
Must possess advanced knowledge of hardware provisioning, firmware, and software integration.
Must be able to diagnose cross-domain issues using logic analyzers, JTAG, and emulators.
Must have experience with ARM, AMD, Intel, and custom ASIC/FPGA platforms.
