Principal Analyst, IT R&D Systems

What you'll do

• Lead the development and implementation of GxP and non-GxP lab informatics systems like LIMS and ELN.
• Serve as a technical data steward to design and govern data pipelines, models, and metadata structures.
• Design and oversee automated solutions for complex business challenges to improve research and discovery efficiency.
• Manage application configurations, project budgets, and release cycles for various business functions.
• Identify and integrate cutting-edge technologies to enhance the quality and performance of departmental systems.
• Consult with stakeholders to define requirements for data access, reporting, and software interfaces.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute high-resource projects and resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop standards, tools, and procedures to ensure optimal hardware and software integration.

What we're looking for

• Obtain a BS/BA in computer science or IT with 6+ years of pharmaceutical experience, a Master's with 4+ years, or a PhD with 2+ years.
• Experience supporting validated GxP applications for regulatory purposes in a biotech or pharmaceutical company is strongly recommended.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of relevant application technologies and R&D systems.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in functional discipline best practices and related business principles.
• Exhibit excellent project management, strong project leadership, and the ability to meet multiple deadlines with high accuracy.
• Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills to convey complex ideas to all organizational levels.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor multiple teams and supervise the activities of others.
• Master's degree in computer science or IT.
