What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives from initial intake through production deployment.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies while driving Agile ceremonies.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 10–12+ years of experience as a Principal Systems Analyst leading cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Experience managing technology projects or product deliveries including planning, estimation, and tracking.
  • Ability to translate business needs into user stories and technical documentation like data flows and process diagrams.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Oracle, or relational databases.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integration patterns, and web/mobile application architectures.
  • Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Jira or Confluence.
  • Technical background in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript (preferred).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or experience in the financial services domain (preferred).
