Business Systems Consultant, Business Relationship Management

What you'll do

• Build and maintain partnerships with global leadership and scientists to execute integrated technology strategies.
• Initiate and set the strategic direction for R&D IT projects in collaboration with executives.
• Identify and implement AI/ML opportunities to enhance scientific and technology workflows.
• Oversee the deployment of scientific technology tools and high-performance computing resources.
• Lead and develop a team of business analysts through mentorship and professional growth initiatives.
• Translate business strategies and scientific objectives into actionable technology roadmaps.
• Advise leadership on risks and issues to ensure effective management and communication.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years experience, Master’s with 6 years, or PhD with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in business relationship management, business systems analysis, project management, technology solution delivery, or software implementation.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage competing priorities, and drive successful business outcomes in complex organizational environments.
• Experience leading and developing teams, including direct reports, contractors, or cross-functional resources.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills to build trusted partnerships across business and technology organizations.
• Ability to translate business strategies and scientific objectives into technology roadmaps and actionable solutions.
• Advanced Degree (MS or PhD) in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related scientific discipline (preferred).
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or scientific research organizations (preferred).
