What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field and five years of experience as a Principal Systems Analyst.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field and three years of experience as a Principal Systems Analyst.
Demonstrated expertise in analyzing, prioritizing, and communicating business and functional requirements using Atlassian products and Jira.
Experience conducting research and analysis of large data sets to ensure reporting accuracy using Power BI and Tableau.
Expertise in planning, coordinating, and testing data analytics and visualization solutions using Agile or SCRUM methodologies.
Proficiency in maintaining Agile backlogs and participating in all standard Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Ability to perform complex assessments of business processes, system behaviors, and technical debt for large-scale reporting solutions.
Experience creating system models, interaction diagrams, data mappings, and multi-platform specifications.
