What you'll do

Define, own, and maintain the validation and characterization plan for the MODEM SOC and peripherals.
Design and bring up SOC test platforms for hardware validation.
Own test automation and test benches for validating high-speed interfaces and other peripherals.
Drive system-level debugs in coordination with design, DV, architecture, and manufacturing teams.
Utilize FPGAs, emulators, and DV environments to ensure successful SOC bring-up.
Validate and characterize embedded processors, PLL, SRAM, DDR, and SERDES components.
Perform power analysis and characterization for the MODEM SOC.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of work experience in Bring Up, Validation, and characterization of SOC or ASIC.
Familiarity with protocols such as I2C, SPI, I3C, and eMMC.
Experience using benchtop instruments like Power Supplies, DMMs, High Speed Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, and DAQs.
Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python and Embedded C.
Familiarity using Lauterbach or other JTAG-based debuggers to program/debug Embedded Processors.
Export control laws and regulations, candidates.
