The PMIC Engineering Program Manager joins a program management team to drive the development of custom Power Management ICs from architecture through mass production. What you'll do

Own the full silicon lifecycle for custom Power Management ICs from architecture through mass production.
Drive internal program processes to ensure high-quality silicon definition and design execution.
Resolve complex technical issues by interfacing with Design, Verification, Validation, Technology, System Hardware, and Core Software teams.
Lead technical sessions with suppliers and design partners to track and follow up on critical issues.
Unblock technical issues by coordinating cross-functional expertise and making data-driven decisions to meet near-term milestones.
Manage focused issue reporting, bug tracking, and communication of program risks and status.
Evaluate design tradeoffs regarding efficiency, area, and performance during technical discussions.

What we're looking for

BS Degree in a technical discipline.
10+ years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in SOC/VLSI Chip Design, ASIC Chip Design, Power Management Chip design, or Technology process development.
Experience driving technical issue resolution to deliver state-of-the-art silicon against demanding product schedules (preferred).
Experience driving internal program processes for high-quality silicon definition and design execution (preferred).
Experience supporting high-level execution as part of a dynamic core technology design team (preferred).
Experience driving silicon issues to resolution while interfacing with multi-functional teams (preferred).
Experience leading technical sessions with suppliers and design partners to track critical issues (preferred).
