What you'll do

Manage the full silicon lifecycle for custom Power Management ICs from architecture through mass production.
Drive technical issue resolution to deliver state-of-the-art silicon against demanding product schedules.
Execute internal program processes to ensure high-quality silicon definition and design execution for battery systems.
Resolve complex technical issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams in design, verification, validation, and software.
Unblock technical hurdles using data-driven decision-making to keep design teams focused on near-term milestones.
Lead technical sessions with suppliers and design partners to track and resolve critical issues.
Manage bug tracking, issue reporting, and communication of program risks and status.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline.
10+ years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in SOC/VLSI Chip Design, ASIC Chip Design, Power Management Chip design, or Technology process development.
Experience driving technical issue resolution to deliver state-of-the-art silicon on demanding schedules.
Ability to lead technical discussions and resolve complex issues across cross-functional teams like Design, Verification, Validation, and Software.
Proficiency in managing internal program processes for high-quality silicon definition and design execution.
Experience leading technical sessions with suppliers and design partners to track critical issues.
Ability to manage bug tracking, risk communication, and data-driven decision-making to meet milestones.
