What you'll do

Drive technical issue resolution to ensure silicon meets demanding product schedules.
Track program landmarks across pre-silicon development, prototyping, bring-up, and production ramp.
Coordinate silicon issues across multi-functional teams including Design, Systems, Validation, and FW/SW.
Lead technical sessions with partners to supervise and follow up on engineering concerns.
Align multi-functional teams to deliver silicon configurations and ensure smooth system bring-up.
Develop and execute risk management and mitigation strategies to ensure program delivery.
Manage focused issue reporting, bug tracking, and communication of program risks to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

BS in a technical field.
10+ years of relevant industry experience.
Previous SoC development experience.
Silicon, FPGA, or system validation experience (preferred).
Knowledge of wireless connectivity standards (preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, social, and leadership skills (preferred).
Ability to tailor information to the right audience, including executive management (preferred).
Experience in multi-functional engineering environments with strong multi-tasking and crisis management skills (preferred).
