What you'll do

Manage the full silicon lifecycle for custom Power Management ICs and analog IP from architecture through mass production.
Drive technical issue resolution to deliver state-of-the-art silicon according to demanding product schedules.
Lead technical discussions on power management architectures and evaluate design tradeoffs like efficiency, area, and performance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, verification, validation, and software to unblock technical issues.
Integrate PMU analog IP into aggressive System-on-Chip (SoC) development timelines.
Lead technical sessions with suppliers and design partners to track and resolve critical project risks.
Manage bug tracking, issue reporting, and communication of program status to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline.
3+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in SOC/VLSI Chip Design, ASIC Chip Design, Power Management Chip design, or Technology process development.
Experience in Technical Program or Project Management, or Systems/Customer Support.
Deep knowledge of ASIC and VLSI design flows from concept to production.
Experience with power management, PMICs, or battery management products.
Experience designing analog blocks such as LDOs, bandgap references, ADCs, and buck/boost converters.
Ability to manage real-time crises in a dynamic engineering environment using well-defined metrics.
