Experienced Process Integration Engineer

What you'll do

• Drive new product introductions by verifying new IP and ensuring on-time product qualification.
• Implement Continuous Improvement Practices to improve work class yield and device performance.
• Resolve integration issues and process margin weaknesses across a wide range of product offerings.
• Manage change points in the review board process to minimize risk and ensure successful implementation.
• Address customer quality feedback and claims to provide thorough resolutions and build confidence.
• Develop yield learning models based on wafer sort or final test data to define root causes.
• Analyze EDS/ET and process-parameter data to segregate EDS-related anomalies from process-related yield degradations.
• Monitor mass-production performance to root-cause systematic issues and drive yield to entitlement targets.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in physics, electrical engineering, or a STEM-related field.
• Extensive experience in data mining and statistical analysis using a variety of data sources.
• Proficiency in mapping wafer sort bin and parametric data to fab electrical test and in-line SPC/FDC data.
• Proven track record in new product introduction (NPI) and advanced semiconductor technology node bring-up and qualification.
• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with setting up process flows and process targets.
• Solid foundational understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and their impact on electrical performance.
• Ability to develop, modify, or maintain automation scripts and data analysis tools using Python, C, or Java (highly advantageous).
• Authorization to access information subject to U.S. export control laws.
