Experienced Yield Analysis Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and validate complex yield prediction models using inline metrology, defect inspection, and FDC metrics.
• Forecast yield trajectories for ramping and mature technology nodes to identify risk areas before EDS testing.
• Perform data mining and statistical analysis to identify yield limiters and implement improvement actions.
• Lead root cause analysis by correlating electrical signatures with physical defects to eliminate layout-dependent yield limiters.
• Apply machine learning and data science techniques using Python, JMP, and SQL to build automated analytics pipelines.
• Define strategic roadmaps, KPIs, and improvement strategies while managing major yield excursions.
• Communicate yield health, risks, and technical data to executive leadership and global stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• B.E. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Applied Physics, or a related field.
• Understanding of semiconductor device physics and CMOS fabrication processes including Lithography, Etch, Thin Films, CMP, Diffusion, and Implant.
• Understanding of electrical parametric testing and defect inspection mechanisms.
• Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills with a proven track record of resolving complex process excursions.
• Ability to apply data science techniques and machine learning using Python, JMP, and SQL.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills to communicate technical data to diverse audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Must be authorized to access information subject to U.S. export control laws.
