The PC Network Support Technician 4 joins the IT Infrastructure & Operations organization's Classified Solutions team. Serving as a Classified Service Desk Senior Analyst, the individual provides tier 1 PC, network, and application support across the information system lifecycle. Provide tier 1 PC, network, and application support for classified environments.
Deliver advanced remote user support and resolve technical incidents for hardware and software.
Use Active Directory to create accounts, unlock users, and perform password resets.
Maintain accurate inventory records for all hardware assets in the tracking system.
Complete security paperwork for the installation, maintenance, and retirement of hardware.
Work with Security teams to remediate classified or unclassified data spillage incidents.
Perform network diagnostics to identify, isolate, and analyze technical problems.
Lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds during on-site support.
What we're looking for
Must have a High School diploma and 6 years of experience, an Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience.
Must have a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI access level eligibility.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph as a condition of continued employment.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for IAM Level I equivalent security certification (Security+ CE or CGRC).
Must have experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking, and Microsoft Office Product Suites.
Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
Experience with IT hardware in a classified environment, SCCM, PowerShell, VMware VDI, or cross-platform operating systems is preferred (preferred).
