What you'll do

Provide technical leadership and coaching for a team of PC Network Support Technicians.
Resolve hardware, software, network, and telecommunications issues for internal and external customers.
Act as an escalation point for complex OS, server, or network level problems.
Manage user accounts, perform password resets, and enforce security policies using Active Directory.
Maintain accurate inventory records for all hardware assets in the tracking system.
Complete required paperwork to satisfy security regulations regarding equipment installation and retirement.
Remediate classified or unclassified data spillage incidents in coordination with Security teams.
Perform physical tasks including moving equipment up to 50 pounds and conducting on-site user support.

What we're looking for

Must possess a High School diploma and 6 years of experience, an Associate's degree and 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience.
Must have a current U.S. Government Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance and access to Special Programs.
Must possess a Security+ certification or higher.
Experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking, and Microsoft Office Product Suites is required.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Experience with IT hardware in a classified environment (preferred).
Active Top Secret, TS/SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph (preferred).
Current HW/SW Vendor Certifications; experience with SCCM, PowerShell, VMware VDI, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow or JIRA (preferred).
