PC Network Support Technician III

What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership and coaching to a team of PC Network Support Technicians.
• Resolve hardware, software, network, and telecommunications issues for internal and external customers.
• Manage user accounts, perform password resets, and enforce security policies using Active Directory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all hardware assets in the tracking system.
• Execute security protocols regarding the installation, maintenance, and retirement of classified equipment.
• Remediate data spillage incidents in coordination with the Security department.
• Manage the ticket queue independently to resolve technical problems and provide high customer satisfaction.
• Perform physical tasks including moving equipment up to 50 pounds and conducting on-site user support.

What we're looking for

• Must have a High School diploma and 4 years of experience, an Associate's degree and 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Must possess a current U.S. Government Top Secret clearance.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs as a condition of continued employment.
• Must have a Security+ certification or greater.
• Experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking, and Microsoft Office Product Suites is required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
• Associate’s degree with experience with IT hardware in a classified environment (preferred).
• Active TS/SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph; current HW/SW Vendor Certifications; and experience with SCCM, PowerShell, VMware VDI, or ticketing systems (preferred).
