What you'll do

Provide technical support for computers, networks, telephones, cables, and connectors.
Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair personal computers and related software.
Connect terminals to data networks and perform basic PC setups.
Instruct and assist users in the use of personal computers and network systems.
Manage the trouble ticket queue independently to resolve issues within established SLAs.
Follow all security regulations regarding the installation and maintenance of hardware and software.
Coordinate with system administrators and engineers to resolve complex support issues.
Maintain tracking databases, logs, and records for hardware and communication needs.

What we're looking for

Must have an Associate’s degree or a High School Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience for Level 2.
Must have a Bachelor's degree or an Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience for Level 3.
Must possess a DOD 8140 security certification, such as Security+ CE or higher.
Must hold a current DOD Secret level security clearance at minimum.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD Top Secret clearance and access to Special Programs.
U.S. Citizenship is required for positions requiring government clearance.
Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Product Suites, and remote deployment methods.
Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM operations including Service Desk, Network, and Telecommunications.
