What you'll do

Manage the full lifecycle of support tickets including creation, documentation, and timely resolution.
Relocate workstations and equipment between buildings while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Perform basic diagnostics to identify, isolate, and analyze hardware, software, and network problems.
Resolve technical issues and answer user queries via telephone for internal and external customers.
Use Active Directory to manage user accounts, perform password resets, and ensure security compliance.
Maintain accurate inventory records for all hardware assets in the tracking system.
Assist with security documentation and procedures related to installing, maintaining, and retiring PCs.
Participate in new installations, testing, and special projects as required by the team.

What we're looking for

High School diploma and 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree with no experience required.
Must possess a Security+ certification or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire.
Must have a current U.S. Government Secret level security clearance.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) access.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Product Suites, and remote deployment methods.
Experience with IT hardware in a classified environment (preferred).
Active Top Secret, TS/SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph (preferred).
